We aim to offer you the most reasonable delivery options, no matter where you are. There are parcels and packages of all shapes and sizes being shipped out on a daily basis all around the UK and abroad. Our target is to process orders swiftly and get them sent out on the same day. If your order is placed before 1pm we will try our best to dispatch it on the same day, although this is not always possible due to varying demands. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
The method of delivery is automatically calculated during the checkout process depending on what item(s) you have added to your basket as it is weight orientated. Our delivery services are provided by Royal Mail and Parcel Force so you know your order will be in safe hands until it arrives. Royal Mail delivery services are operated between Monday and Saturday, whilst Parcel Force deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. This is subject to change over bank holidays and the festive period.
Disclaimer: Please note that when entering your shipping address during checkout, that the correct country is selected to ensure the correct postage is applied to your order. If the incorrect country/region is selected based on the postal code you provide, you will be required to pay additional postage where necessary.
Please also note that if the postal code you provide is a northern Ireland postcode our system doesn't register this region as outside the UK Mainland. You will unfortunately be required to pay additional postage to cover costs of sending your goods outside the UK Mainland.
In the rare circumstance that you might need to return an item you ordered, our returns policy lasts 30 days. If you have not returned your item within the 30 days we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, along with the original packaging. We will require your receipt or proof of purchase to process any returns which will be in your delivery upon arrival.
All returns are assessed on a case by case basis. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item along with the action we intend to take with it. If approved we will issue you with a refund for the value of the goods, which will be applied to your credit card or Paypal account; within a certain amount of days for the tendered amount. (Excluding postage charges)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, if it's value is over £10 you should consider using a tracked service. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
