Effective 16/04/21, in line with current government guidelines we will require all customers and employees to wear a face covering (that covers the nose and mouth) at all In-Excess Stores and Garden Centres. Children under the age of 11 are exempt.

    The use of a face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to observe rules regarding appropriate distancing while on In-Excess premises.

    We can also offer the following services for your convenience:

    1. Essential goods brought to your car door, as a Call & Collect Service
    2. Deliver your goods to a local address (where Possible)
    3. Organise an online order for you.

    In order to ensure safety, we will be following social distancing guidelines in-line with government advice, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and face shields. Any commonly touched surfaces will be kept disinfected. To further ensure the safety our staff and customers, we may choose to limit the number of people through our doors at any one time.

    Our Range

    We have a large range of items available here on our online store, or stocked at our various branches. As of 2020 we have endeavoured to maintain stock of PPE at low prices for our customers. We are working hard behind the scenes to support you with the products you need at home, however due to international shortages we may have depleted stock of ranges we usually have.

    Our couriers are experiencing a higher than normal demand, and so may be a little slower than usually expected. Please see our FAQ page or Shipping Pages for more information. 

    Local Delivery 

    • We continue to operate a Home Delivery service. This may be subject to delays and take 3-5 days to process.
    • Call your local store.
    • Pay for the items over the phone.
    • You will be given information about the delivery schedule.
