We are open! Our Hardware Stores and Garden Centres are all open and running with reduced staff and operating hours. For our opening times please see our Store Details Page.
In order to ensure safety, we will be following social distancing guidelines in-line with government advice, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves and face shields. Any commonly touched surfaces will be kept disinfected. To further ensure the safety our staff and customers, we will be limiting the number of people through our doors at any one time.
We have a large range of items available here on our online store, or through our various branches, over the phone. We are working hard behind the scenes to support you with the products you need at home. Please use one of the ordering methods listed below.
Wherever possible please use our Home Delivery service to reduce non-essential travel.
Whilst we continue to offer a Home Delivery service, this may be subject to delays and we are sorry we haven’t got our usual stock available. In line with Government advice, we are now providing a service that minimises social contact and we can assure you that we will do all that we can to protect our team, our customers and their families.

- We continue to operate a Home Delivery service. This may be subject to delays and take 3-5 days to process.
- Order online or call your local store.
- Pay for the items over the phone.
- You will be given information about the delivery schedule.
- To help ensure the safety of our customers and delivery teams we will now leave packages at your doorstep where appropriate and move back before you collect your package.
