Afternoon Tea Week - Charlotte's Gift Card Giveaway - Instagram

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Participants must be able to collect their prize from their nearest Charlotte's Tea Room/Restaurant within In-Excess Garden Centres.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

'Like' the official post announcing this giveaway.
'Follow' both the official Charlotte's Instagram page (@charlottesdining) and the official In-Excess Instagram page (@ukinexcess).
Tag a friend in the comments on the post announcing this giveaway.

Entries must be submitted before the closing date at 8:00 PM BST on Monday 18th August 2025.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Winner Selection & Prize

One winner will be randomly selected to receive a Charlotte's Gift Card worth £25.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
The winner will be announced on the Charlotte's Instagram page and contacted via Direct Message on Tuesday 19th August 2025.

4. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to In-Excess via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of initial contact to claim their prize.
Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.
The prize must be collected in person from the winner’s nearest Charlotte's within an In-Excess Garden Centre.

5. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and grant In-Excess Ltd permission to use their name and photographs in promotional materials.
In-Excess Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
