Christmas Tree Giveaway – Instagram
1. Eligibility
- This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom. (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
- Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must:
- Like the post
- Comment on the post
- Share the post on their story
- Follow @ukinexcess on Instagram
- Entries must be submitted before the closing date at 11:59 PM BST on Thursday 20th November 2025.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- This giveaway is running simultaneously on both Instagram and Facebook. Participants may enter on either platform but must follow the entry rules specific to that platform.
3. Winner Selection & Prize
- One winner will be randomly selected to receive a 7ft Pre-Lit Artificial Tree. The winner will be able to choose from 3 styles - Green Spruce, Alpine Frost & Snowy Lodge.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
- The winner will be announced on the In-Excess Instagram page and contacted via Direct Message on Friday, 21st November 2025.
4. Claiming the Prize
- The winner must respond to In-Excess via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of initial contact to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
- The prize will be shipped to the winner or it can be collected in person from the winner’s nearest In-Excess Garden Centre.
- By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed during the handover.
- In-Excess Ltd is not responsible for any prize lost or damaged in transit.
5. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and grant In-Excess Ltd permission to use their name and photographs in promotional materials.
- In-Excess Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
