Community Garden Plant Donation Giveaway Competition

  1. Eligibility
    • The giveaway competition is open to community gardens and school gardens within a 10-mile radius of an In-Excess Garden Centre.
    • Participants must be 18 years or older and authorised to represent the community garden.

  2. How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must ‘like’ the In-Excess Facebook page, tag or comment on the official giveaway post with the name of their community garden and share the post.
    • Entries must be submitted before the closing date at 6pm on Thursday 10th April.

  3. Winner Selection & Prize
    • The winner(s) will be randomly selected from eligible entries after the closing date.
    • The selected community garden will receive a donation of plants.
    • The donation is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    • The winner will be announced on Facebook on Monday 14th April 2025 and will be contacted directly.

  4. Claiming the Prize
    • We will arrange delivery of the plants to your community garden.
    • By entering the giveaway competition, participants agree the prize handover can be photographed and filmed and this content may be used in promotional material.

5.      General Conditions

    • By entering, participants agree to these terms and grant permission for their community garden’s name and photos to be used in promotional materials.
    • In-Excess Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
