Rose Plant Giveaway - Instagram

1.      Eligibility

·         This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom.

·         Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

·         Participants must be able to collect their prize from their nearest In-Excess Garden Centre.

 

2.      How to Enter

·         To enter, participants must:

-          'Like' the official In-Excess Instagram post announcing this giveaway.

-          'Follow' the official In-Excess Instagram page (@ukinexcess).

-          'Repost' the official In-Excess Instagram post to their Story and tag @ukinexcess

-          Comment a rose emoji on the post announcing this giveaway.

·         Entries must be submitted before the closing date at 8:00 PM BST on Tuesday 1st July 2025.

·         Only one entry per person will be accepted.

 

  1. Winner Selection & Prize

·         One winner will be randomly selected to receive a David Austin Rose Plant.

·         The specific rose variety is subject to availability. The winner will be informed of the available options.

·         The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.

·         The winner will be announced on the In-Excess Instagram page and contacted via Direct Message on Wednesday, 2nd July 2025.

 

4.      Claiming the Prize

·         The winner must respond to In-Excess via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of initial contact to claim their prize.

·         Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.

·         The prize must be collected in person from the winner’s nearest In-Excess Garden Centre.

·         By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed during the handover.

·         In-Excess Ltd is not responsible for any prize lost or damaged in transit.

 

5.      General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and grant In-Excess Ltd permission to use their name and photographs in promotional materials.
• In-Excess Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.
